At Rose Sports Research & Education, our mission is simple – we strive to empower our clients to achieve a greater positive impact on the lives they touch through sport. To do this, we

provide a range of courses, resources, content, partnerships and CPD events – all inclusive, accessible and appealing to a range of different learning styles – provoking development and

stimulating curiosity in our clients. At RSRE, we truly believe that in order to be better than everyone else, you have to do something that no one else is doing – this underpins the teachings we give, helping clients to challenge the norms and ultimately,

hone their craft to have a greater positive impact on the world.

Our Story

Rose Sports Research & Education was born under the arch of

Wembley Stadium in 2025, at the home of football.

Whilst attending UCFB Wembley university, RSRE founder James Rose applied to his university's business competition, pitching his idea - a sport research and education company driven by the things he had learnt during his Football Coaching and Management degree. His passion for education and empowering others, combined with his attitude of supporting theories with practical research, underpinned his desire to bring something different for the sporting education world. After working with the university experts, a plan was formed and the competition day rolled around. Pitching to a panel of UCFB executives, James was successful on the day - receiving a sum of funding to invest into his dream company, along with ongoing support from the experts to ensure ongoing success in the venture. After the competition day, James was given the chance to pitch the business to legal and business experts - gaining even more valuable knowledge.

In July 2025, the company was officially formed - and the journey really began! After months of hard work and setup, RSRE was launched to the public and the website was published - on the first day of October 2025, a historic day for our company.

Here at RSRE, we strive to empower our clients to better themselves and improve their experience of sport, as well as those whose lives they touch through sport. As founders, we have backgrounds in academic research, lending itself nicely to that side of our business - however we are also all practitioners, coaches and teachers of sport. We have all been granted the privilege of impacting people's week on a grassroots level, and we understand the environment that you all exist within.

What We Do

RSRE is a one-stop shop for individuals, teams and organisations to better their practices and environments, improving everyone’s experience of sport.

Our work is diverse, and our mission to empower our clients spans across a developing number of fields. For aspiring individuals, we have a growing range of CPD courses to up-skill and learn - ranging from session planning and leadership to analysis and reflection, to mention a few. For ambitious teams and organisations, we offer a variety of workshops and partnership packages to help level up across a multitude of aspects - development plans are tailored to each client’s unique needs, working together with our experts to achieve agreed goals and targets.

Here at RSRE, our approach is clear, we don’t just do things the way they’ve been done before - everything we deliver, and the way in which we deliver it, is backed by research and empirical evidence. This attitude means we can be sure to be having a positive and noticeable impact on every single client, and is the heart of our whole operation. Our team blends a mix of historic research alongside our own studies to consolidate all of our outputs. We believe in the value of informing the world through our data, therefore you will find our vast, and rapidly increasing, collection of research on the website. However, we do things differently - we take it a step further and translate raw data into actionable insights for industry practitioners, meaning anyone can instantly benefit from our studies.

We are a dynamic organisation, striving to continually promote excellence far and wide - therefore, we are always seeking to utilise emerging software, techniques and equipment to boost us in this quest.
